November 2, 2011

Oh my goodness I can not believe it is already November. I swear this year is just flying by. Well I havent been able to post because I have had computer difficulty. The past couple of weeks have been filled with school work, a hunting trip, and Halloween. School is going good but im a little behind this Module because of my computer difficulties. I took Tatum to two different pumpkin patches one with pink pumpkins and one with regular. We got some really great pictures. Also, Tatum and I got to go on a four day hunting trip with my dad and Jonell to Coleto. We had a blast and I enjoyed seeing my dad and Jonell interact with the baby! All my dad could say was how suprised he was that Tatum was content in any situation and he could not believe that she loved that grass! We got another visit from Jerica she stayed two nights with us. I call it baby training for Jerica since she is expecting. I can not wait for little Hagen to get here. Tatum is going to have the cutest little boyfriend to grow up with. Jerica also went trick or treating with us. Tatum had fun i'd say. She will take a ride in her stroller anyday. November is now here. Tatum has a eye appointment on the fifteenth. I have noticed that her eyes have been uncontrollably crossing when she is concentrating on certain things. I hope it can be fixed with a symple suggestion and not surgery. Well Im going to post some fun pictures I hope you enjoy them. Everyone have a great weekend!

October 17, 2011

Hello everyone. We have had a very busy week. Last week was my final week of my first Module with school. My final had a lot to study for. I wanted to make an A+ but I made a 76. It dropped my average down to a 89 but I guess that is passing. I proud of myself and still very excited about school.

Ofcourse when not busy with school I am playing with my Tatum Tot. Whose Auntie Jerica came to see her during the week.

(Aunti Jerica and Tatum)
Cousin Cody, Tatum's godfather goes to Briar Cliff in Iowa. He plays baseball and Tatum is one proud fan. He brought her this when she was born.
(Go Cody go!)

Tatum loves to wake up and sing in my ear.
(Goodmorning mommy)

(All smiles always)

(Tatum thinks shoes are to eat not wear.)

So happy for the hectic week to be over with we planned our weekend in Nixon. We attended the Wild Hog Cookoff/Ranch Rodeo. Had a blast showing Tatum off. It takes so much to pack for a little one though. I almost thought my moms little car would not hold it all.
I finally got to spend the day with Rhonda and Raven. I have been needing it.

(Tatum loves sitting in her bumbo and playing in her mirror while I get ready)

We had such a great weekend. Sunday we just stayed home and relaxed. Well that was all for this week. Next Monday brings more. This week I am hoping that Tatum gets to go see her grandpa and JOJO.

October 10th, 2011

Good morning world. This past weekend was a very great weekend. We spent most of it at home, or with family.
Thursday night we went to Nixon to visit our extended family. Which led to a late night of singing all the way home.
(Getting Ready!!!)

Friday night, we didn't do much. Stayed home and waited for the rain. The rain was so nice on Saturday once it finally got here. It rained off and on all day. The rain gave us a long enough break to go to the Peanut Festival to walk around and let the tot enjoy a stroll in her stroller. It is so adorable how with every outing we notice how much she is growing up. I was nervous to walk her through the music, because I thought it would scare her. It was not but 1 1/2 months ago that Tatum was screaming, because she was scared of all the commotion at a Stockdale Brahmas football game. As I nervously pushed her through the loud music, I was shocked to see that instead of crying she started tapping her foot to the beat of the music. It was so adorable. My little angel is growing up faster then ever. As we were exiting it started raining so we went ahead and headed back to the house.

(Tatum and I)
The rest of Saturday and all day Sunday was bonding time for Tatum and her Aunt Dusty. Dusty not being the baby type really hit it off with her niece this weekend and I am more then positive that Tatum is going to miss her just as much as she will miss her niece.
Sunday evening we cooked outside and enjoyed the nice weather. As the sun started to set it started to get a lot colder. So I got to put Tatum in her jacket I bought her. I was so excited.
(My New Jacket)
Now that the weekend has ended a new week is beginning. This week is going to be filled with school, school, and more school. It is week 5 of my first Module. I'm excited to say that I still have an A in my class. This week will be the make it or break it because my final is this week. I hope to make a good grade, only because I would like to keep my high grade in my class. Everyone keep me in your prayers.
As for Tatum and I it is time to start our busy day. She is down for a nap, so I am going to start with my schooling. I hope everyone has a blessed week. We will get back with you all on Monday.

October 5, 2011

So, since this  is my first blog, I dont really have anything special to tell you about. I am starting this blog only to try and save me from my recent bad addiction to "Facebook." This week started with a great visit with my Great Aunt Geraldine! Tatum and her had a great conversation. We also went to Carters where I bought Tatum her halloween costume! She is going to be a moo cow! It is so cute and I am so excited that I have her to dress up and dont have to dress myself up anymore!
Monday, Tatum had a doctors appointment with a general surgeon. She had a small skin tag removed by her ear. She cried only a little but as soon as she was back in my arms she was as happy as can be!
The rest of the week has brought us nothing but staying at home and school work! I am going to be updating this blog every Monday if I can keep up with it! Ill be posting pictures of little miss Tatum growing up and keeping you updated on my schooling! Well folks' I hope everyone has had and continue having a great week! Talk to you all on Friday! :)
